The following amenities are available to the design trade and to building visitors.
CONCIERGE SERVICES/INFORMATION. Located in the main entrance lobby
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
BUSINESS SERVICES. A copy/fax machine, notary services and cash machine
for withdrawals are all available at Shel-Bea's Deli and General Store on
the first floor.
CONFERENCE ROOMS AND MEETING AREAS. Two conference rooms are
available free of charge on a first come, first served basis for building
tenants and customers. Contact the IMS front desk
for details or call 612-338-6250. Casual meeting areas are also located
throughout the common areas of the building. Table seating is available
on the first floor adjacent to the main entrance lobby and on the fourth
and fifth floors overlooking the Atrium.
ROOFTOP TERRACE. Outdoor table
seating is available on the IMS fourth floor rooftop
terrace. All furnishings were graciously provided by HC Crestmark/Homecrest,
Suite 566. The exterior landscape was provided
by TruGreen Landcare.
MAIL BOXES/EXPRESS MAIL. Post office boxes are located outside the main
entrance. Airborne Express and FedEx packages may be sent from drop boxes
located on the concourse level. For UPS pickup and delivery call 1-800-742-5877.
FLORAL AND PLANT SERVICES. Wisteria Design Studio
specializes in fresh, silk or dried florals for all
occasions, events and weddings; located on the first
floor. Midwest Plant Works provides interior landscaping design, consultation
and sales; located on the first floor.
LOADING DOCK. Accessible weekdays 8:00am - 4:30pm and by appointment.
Special hours are held prior to industry events. Call IMS Dock Services,

SECURITY. To reach the 24-hour security personnel
located in the IMS main lobby, call 612-330-9452.
ROOM RENTALS. To reserve the Atrium or Studio 185
for an event, contact D'Amico Catering at 612-238-4444.
WEB SERVICES. DKS Systems offers software development
and technology consulting, including complete web
services for companies of all sizes. Suite C-9.
GRAPHIC DESIGN. Drawing Card, Suite 169, and Peloquin
Design, Suite 561, offer complete graphic design
services.
